Thank fuck for that...

I have net access at home. At last.

It's not my own dialup account, and it isn't even the household one (...yet), but it means I can start downloading selection criteria and job ads and fiddling neurotically with my CV and suchforth. Oh, and I've installed Windoze Messenger and Yahoo Messenger, and I'll be working on mIRC very soon, once I get Acrobat and Adaware and Thunderbird/Firefox set up. Meanwhile, I will be around sporadically - probably during the days - on both, with the usual crypticgirl handle.

Thinking about it, it's really kind of worrying that having net access makes me this happy.

Will do a general news type update separately later, when I'm feeling slightly less euphoric.
