Random Observation #7439

My job is arguably high responsibility and high profile. I get to meet politicians and government officials, speak at conferences and before Parliamentary committees. I do radio interviews.

Today I discovered that no matter how cerebral or important most of my work actually is, there's nothing out there that beats stamping stuff for a sense of power and satisfaction. Stapling stuff gives it a run for its money, though.

I'm not sure why this is, except possibly that simple minds are amused by simple things.
